The Gear Group, inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured Residential and Commercial General Contractor for the State of Arizona. We offer two methods of managing your construction project Construction Management and General Contracting. We are interested in talking to you about your next construction project and the best method of management.

Construction Management

The nature of construction management places the bulk of the financial and legal responsibilities on the property owner. The owner enters in to a management contract with the licensed general contractor, and holds performance contracts with each subcontractor directly.   The Gear Group inc., as construction managers, would manage the contracts with the subcontractors for the Owner.

General Contracting

The general contractor contract is between the property owner and the General Contractor is for a lump sum. The General Contractor is responsible for completing all work whether self-performing or subcontracting out to licensed contractors and holds all performance contracts with subcontractors.
